BITMAP CLEAR

SYNTAX

   BITMAP CLEAR WITH #value
   BITMAP CLEAR WITH expression
   BITMAP CLEAR

PURPOSE

Fill the bitmap with a certain pattern (by default is ZERO, used to indicate the blank screen). The filled part is exclusively that linked to the bitmap, so the color information is kept unchanged.

Note that bitmap must be enabled at least once with instruction BITMAP ENABLE.

EXAMPLE

  BITMAP CLEAR WITH #$42
  BITMAP CLEAR WITH newValue
  BITMAP CLEAR
