   INSTRUMENT #[instrument] {ON [channels]}
   INSTRUMENT #instrument [ON #channels]
   INSTRUMENT name [ON #channels]

This command allows you to select one of the available tools. Instruments can be set for all voices, or for a set of particular voices.
